1.  Domestic Returns

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

1. Request a Return Authorisation: Contact our customer service team at information@ankaraskrubs.com to request a return authorisation. Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Package Your Return: Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

3. Shipping: Ship your return using a trackable shipping method to the provided PO Box. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed for items that meet our return eligibility criteria.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refund Process

1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

Responsibility

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
